About The Position
This part-time role, at 24 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), is ideal for nursing students. The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with procedures in Colorectal and General Surgery. Requirements
- CNA certification. Upon Hire Required
- Current CPR certification. Upon Hire Required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide empathetic and professional patient care
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately

Responsibilities
- Obtain vital signs and brief patient histories
- Assist with procedures, exams, and clinical tasks to support physicians and clinical staff.
- Act as a liaison for physicians and communicate with patients, families, and staff as needed.
- Maintain and order clinical and exam room supplies to ensure availability and readiness of Pre/post rooms
- Perform other duties as assigned, including adhering to organizational policies, standards, and HIPAA regulations.
