About The Position

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides to provide private-duty, one-on-one home care for seniors in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Multiple clients need caregivers, with current and upcoming opportunities. Caregivers may work recurring weekly schedules when available or take additional hours based on their availability. Opportunities include weekday and weekend shifts, daytime and evening hours, and no overnight shifts. The role is flexible PRN, with opportunities for consistent weekly hours. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly, as W-2 employment; this is not independent-contractor work. Personal liability insurance is not required. The employer requires authorization to conduct a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. The report may include civil and criminal history records from criminal justice agencies across federal, state, and county jurisdictions, as well as driving records, birth records, and other public records. Requirements

Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school.
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Current CPR certification.
Social Security card.
Health statement dated within the past 6 months.
Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training.
Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
