About The Position

As a Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred.
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
Current CNA certification in good standing.
Completion of all required in-service training.
Must be at least 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulations.
Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily activities.
Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations.
Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
