About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive and rewarding environment. You will play a vital role in helping residents achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning while fostering a safe, comfortable, and positive living environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) months of experience performing basic nursing assistant duties preferred.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Completion of all required in-service training.
• Must be at least 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-centered care skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Encourage residents to maintain independence and participate in daily activities.
• Follow physician orders, care plans, company policies, and state and federal regulations.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
