About The Position
Acts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in its skilled nursing neighborhood. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CNA provides direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility. The role prioritizes resident safety, comfort, and dignity. The CNA monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly reports changes to licensed nursing staff to support proactive, personalized care. The position requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification, or obtain it within three months of employment.
- Comply with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.
