About The Position

Fellowship Community is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to residents in its senior living community in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and promoting their independence in a high-performance, customer-focused environment grounded in the RISE Core Values: Relationships, Innovation, Stewardship, and Excellence.

Available schedules include 8-hour and 12-hour options, with shifts listed as 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Weekend Program positions are also offered. Pay is $19–$21 per hour; the listed shift rates are $20–$21 for the 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shifts, with an additional $2 shift differential for 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and $1 for 11 p.m.–7 a.m.

Applicants must have a U.S. high school diploma or GED and current Pennsylvania CNA certification. Prior CNA experience and Basic Life Support certification are preferred. Applicants must complete Fellowship Orientation and a pre-hire assessment. If a job offer is extended, the applicant must pass a background check and drug screening; the screening is conducted at Fellowship Community at the time of the offer.

Requirements

• U.S. high school diploma or GED.
• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and dementia care.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and a pre-hire assessment.
• Successful background check and drug screening if a job offer is extended.

Nice To Haves

• Prior CNA experience.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records.
