Requirements

  • Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with nurses and other CNAs.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and report patients' status, needs, and changes to the nursing leadership team.
  • Promptly answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a smile.
  • Assist with the essential flow of the facility, including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Serve meals and assist with tray distribution and pick-up, ensuring residents are well-nourished.
  • Implement specific procedures and programs designed to keep residents safe, clean, and comfortable.
