Requirements

Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities

Observe and report patients' status, needs, and changes to the nursing leadership team.
Promptly answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a smile.
Assist with the essential flow of the facility, including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Serve meals and assist with tray distribution and pick-up, ensuring residents are well-nourished.
Implement specific procedures and programs designed to keep residents safe, clean, and comfortable.
