About The Position
New Phoenix, LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. This part-time role is ideal for CNAs who enjoy meaningful, client-focused work with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in North Carolina
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers
- Strong communication skills and compassion for others
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home care preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility devices
- Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
