About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant CNA at St. Dominic Villa - FT & PRN Available. St. Dominic Villa provides exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults. The Certified Nursing Assistant performs person centered personal cares for the resident under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
- Ability to relate well to all individuals.
- Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program (for MAA role)
- Documentation of successful completion of a Pharmacology course (for MAA role)
- Documentation of a completed clinical course that includes a medication pass rotation (for MAA role)
- Active CNA certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Current CPR certification
