About The Position

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their team at Vibra Hospital of Fargo. This is a full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts, starting as soon as possible. Vibra Hospital of Fargo is a 31-bed Critical Care Hospital specializing in acute care for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital environment is described as fast-paced and friendly, offering an opportunity to build close relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
• Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
• Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
