About The Position
Benedictine is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines of resident care, helping ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. The position involves providing direct care, reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and documenting care in the POC system. CNAs are expected to manage their time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
