About The Position
Bethesda, a top-rated skilled nursing facility in Minnesota, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and caregivers. As a nonprofit social ministry, Bethesda is guided by its mission to serve others together in faith, community, and life. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents in a supportive and team-oriented environment. As a primary caregiver, you will enhance residents' quality of life by providing individualized, respectful, and loving care, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or caregiver qualifications
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing
- Experience in rehabilitation care
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Communicating effectively with the charge nurse regarding incidents, concerns, or changes in behavior
- Building meaningful relationships with residents in a neighborhood-based care setting
- Supporting both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
