Requirements

Current WA State CNA certificate and experience in caring for infants, medically fragile pediatric patients, or special needs children.
Minimum 18 years of age
Minimum high school diploma/ GED required
Minimum 6 months experience required in healthcare, hospital, home health setting.
WA state Health Care Worker requirements as per DOH and DCYF
Current WA Food Handlers Certificate
Current BLS from American Heart Association with Hands on Training Skills Certification
Current WA State Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

CNA experience: 1 year
Pediatric care giving: 1 year

Responsibilities

Supporting our RNs in providing care to medically fragile babies and toddlers.
Regular skin care & bathing assistance
Preparing G-tube feedings
Preparing equipment to assist trach changes.
Cleaning, meal preparing and other regular chores
Provide support to Nursing Evolutions Pediatric Critical Care RNs while they provide care to medically fragile infants, babies and toddlers.
Additional duties as assigned
