The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides services and procedures that are delegated, assigned, and supervised by a Unity RN. These services and procedures are based on the RN's comprehensive assessment of the patient’s personal care needs and are documented in the Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care. During times when census is higher, you will be cross-trained into our community and may support the team by managing a small patient caseload, working as a float CNA within the community, and providing care to patients in their homes or other facilities. This flexible approach helps ensure consistent, high-quality care across all settings as patient needs fluctuate.
