Mansfield Nursing Center is looking for skilled CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become a part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. The CNA's will interact directly with patients, providing comfort, monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for dedicated, compassionate and energetic individuals to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other facility staff. Competitive wages. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for the care of the residents in a designated area of the facility. They are knowledgeable of the information as outlined on the Interdisciplinary Care Plan and follow the plan. They may provide restorative care for each resident in the assigned group, keeping the resident well-groomed, clean and assisting to meet psychosocial needs. They assist to keep the resident care areas clean, in good working order, and maintain a homelike atmosphere for the resident. They communicate with the Licensed Staff and other department heads regarding resident's needs. They report all relevant observations to the Licensed Staff assigned to the unit in a timely manner. They document information timely as assigned. They attend in-services and staff meetings as required. The Nursing Assistant is responsible to the Licensed Staff assigned to the specific unit.
