About The Position
San Jacinto Post-Acute is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about resident-centered care and want to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
Nice To Haves
- Prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs
- Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
