About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA to provide home health care to our clients in the Westmoreland and Fayette County area. Requirements
- Current CNA Certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 1 year of aide experience (Home Health experience preferred)
- CPR certification (required)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
- Assist with medication reminders
- Document visits and patient progress accurately and timely
