About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistant needed for day shift at North Pointe, an assisted living and memory care community in North Mankato. This part-time role involves assisting residents with daily personal care, mobility, and medication administration, while building real relationships and documenting care using an electronic health records system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Active listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry (Minnesota CNA certification)
- Ability to read, write, and follow care instructions
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in long-term care or as a CNA
- Experience passing medications
- Familiarity with electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Help residents with bathing, grooming, and daily personal care
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications under supervision, following facility policy
- Check in on residents throughout the shift and respond to needs promptly
- Build real relationships with the residents you care for, not just complete tasks
- Document care using our electronic health records system
