About The Position

Axess Health Solutions is a private, family-owned in-home care provider offering private duty and Georgia Medicaid-approved skilled and unskilled nursing care to families in the Metro Atlanta area. Certified Nursing Assistants provide personal support services as part of an RN-supported patient care team, helping implement care plans and create a positive, supportive environment for clients with varying physical limitations and individual needs. The CNA may serve as an intermediary between clients and families and the company’s care team. The role includes assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and emotional support, while maintaining confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. The position is part-time and in person in Atlanta, Georgia. Pay is listed as $14–$16.50 per hour in the listing header and $14–$16 per hour in the detailed pay information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license accepted in Georgia.
• Clear or negative TB test.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification for pediatrics and adults.
• Pass a federal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the nature of the job and changes in clients’ lives.

• Experience with challenging clients is helpful but not required.
