About The Position

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. The position is PRN, with shifts available across all shifts, and starting pay is $19.25 per hour, with increased wages offered for more experienced CNAs. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
• Support residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
