About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, compassionate, resident-centered care to senior residents. The role is in a supportive senior living environment and emphasizes ownership, integrity, teamwork, accountability, culture, and professionalism.

The CNA provides direct resident care within the CNA scope of practice, assists with daily living activities, monitors and documents vital signs and observations, and communicates changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff. The position also supports resident mobility and safety, maintains accurate and timely care documentation, and follows infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate and dependable mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
