About The Position
Agape Care Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist patients with daily activities, monitor their conditions, and report changes to the care team. The role focuses on creating meaningful patient experiences and supporting patients and families through their health care journeys with compassion. CNAs have access to a supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities, with room for advancement. Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
Requirements
- Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
- At least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
- Ability to lift at least 80–100 pounds and effectively bear the weight of an average adult.
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
