Caregiver / PCA / CNA – Assisted Living At Spring Arbor Senior Living in Severna Park, we’re seeking compassionate, dependable, and energetic Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs who are passionate about helping seniors live with dignity, comfort, and joy. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must successfully complete required background screening
Nice To Haves
- Minimum one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- CNA certification welcomed but not required for all positions
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Experience working with seniors or dementia care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility assistance, and incontinence care
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents
- Assist with medication reminders and resident safety monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided
- Communicate effectively with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
- Help create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for residents and visitors
- Support daily programming and community operations as needed
