Caregiver / PCA / CNA – Assisted Living at Spring Arbor of Severna Park. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one (1) year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
• Must successfully complete required background screening

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification welcomed but not required for all positions
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Experience working with seniors or dementia care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility assistance, and incontinence care
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents
• Assist with medication reminders and resident safety monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care
• Help create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for residents and visitors
• Support daily programming and community operations as needed
