About The Position
Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven health and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will support residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, build meaningful relationships, and work with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate care. This is a PRN night position. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and weekly pay.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
