About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, compassionate, resident-centered care to senior residents in a supportive senior living environment. The role calls for accountability, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism. CNAs provide direct care within their scope of practice, assist residents with daily activities, monitor and document observations, and support resident mobility and safety while following applicable guidelines.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with CNA scope of practice.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Measure and document vital signs and resident observations.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
