About The Position
Otterbein is seeking a skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide person-centered care to residents and support their comfort and independence. The role provides a range of support services under the supervision of a nurse and includes openings for full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules across first, second, and third shifts. Starting pay is $17.00, based on experience, with differentials of $3.00 for second shift and $1.50 for third shift. Requirements
- Required: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification in the State of Ohio.
- Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily tasks, including bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
- Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
- Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible in their daily lives.
- Complete care documentation accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
