About The Position

Grand Meadow Senior Living is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personalized care to residents in its Grand Meadow, Minnesota community. CNAs support residents’ daily needs, encourage independence, and help create a respectful, welcoming environment. The role involves hands-on assistance, monitoring residents’ well-being, building relationships, offering companionship, and encouraging social engagement.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available. The full-time schedule is 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, and the part-time schedule is 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Every other weekend and holiday work is required. The position is in person and pays $22.60 per hour, plus a $1 per hour shift differential. CNA or caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota CNA certification.
