About The Position
Healthcare Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Earn $23.00 to $25.55 an hour as a CNA at Pitman Manor, plus $2.00/hr extra on evenings and nights and $1.50/hr on weekends. Requirements
- Active New Jersey CNA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 or older
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Deliver resident-centered care in accordance with individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor resident well-being through routine check-ins and meaningful daily interactions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, dining support, and the safe use of adaptive equipment
- Communicate observations and changes in resident health or behavior to the nursing team
- Build positive relationships with residents and share personal preferences to support a more individualized care experience
