About The Position
Chateau Napoleon Caring, part of the Volare Health portfolio, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We provide high-quality long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services, and we are committed to supporting both our residents and our staff. We are currently hiring full-time CNAs with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Ability to meet state and federal in-service education requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Nice To Haves
- Recent clinical experience or education preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide hygiene and oral care according to care plans
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Ensure residents’ comfort and safety
- Maintain clean, organized, and clutter-free living spaces
- Follow all care plans and facility procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
