About The Position

Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified.
Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Offer household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Perform range of motion exercises.
Assist with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Check vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
Provide companion care (homemaker) services.
Follow a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.
