About The Position

The primary purpose of this role is to participate in the basic nursing care of the patient from admission through discharge and to perform non-nursing functions. Non-nursing duties will include but not be limited to performing CNA duties, keeping rooms clean and stocked, clerical duties as assigned, answering phones and relaying messages appropriately.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• BLS certification
• High School Graduate or GED
• State of GA Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant Certification
• Or equivalent education as a Nursing Student for those nursing students actively enrolled in a nursing program (i.e. 1st Semester of basic nursing skills completed with skills checklist verified)
• Up to 1 year of job related experience

Nice To Haves

• 2 - 5 years of recent related experience

Responsibilities
