About The Position
Right at Home is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for part-time positions. This role focuses on providing one-on-one, personalized care in clients' homes, allowing CNAs to build meaningful relationships and make a direct impact on their clients' comfort, safety, and independence. Unlike traditional settings, this position emphasizes quality care with a single client at a time, supporting seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current, active TN CNA Certification
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Mobility support and transfers
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Providing safe, attentive care based on each client’s individual needs
