About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for their Assistive Care of the Triad office. This role involves providing direct care to clients in their homes in Bermuda NC, Lewisville NC, and Mocksville NC. The position emphasizes giving back to the community and working in the client's neighborhood. BAYADA is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality home health care.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience.
Successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Perform household support tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Provide medication reminders.
