About The Position
Be the support that makes a difference in every patient’s day. Join the CFH ADU team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing hands-on support, comfort and compassionate care while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our patients. Under the direction of the Unit Director and direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or Staff RN, the Certified Nursing Assistant supports patient care by assisting with activities of daily living and helping maintain a clean, comfortable and safe care environment.
Requirements
- Post-high school specialized training required
- Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
- BLS required
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on support, comfort and compassionate care
- Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Helping maintain a clean, comfortable and safe care environment
- Weekend on-call coverage for Endoscopy transport approximately once per month
