About The Position
All Saints Sub Acute & Skilled Nursing is seeking dependable and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team full-time on AM and NOC shifts. In this essential position, you will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. You’ll collaborate closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in a supportive setting.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist with daily living activities
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Assist with meal service, including tray distribution and collection
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
