About The Position
Judson Park in Des Moines, WA, is looking for a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (NAC/CNA) to join their team. The Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporates the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” This role involves developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assisting residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care. This includes assisting with basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities, while helping to create a safe environment for resident care. This is an on-call position.
Requirements
- Certified Washington State NAC/CNA
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively incorporate the “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
- Provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
