About The Position
Join the Resident-Centered Team at Salinas Valley Post Acute as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Salinas Valley Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing facility committed to delivering exceptional, compassionate care. CNAs are the heart of our facility, and we are looking for the best to join our clinical team. This is a full-time opportunity with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, and a consistent schedule.
Requirements
- Active California CNA certification (Required).
- Must pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide essential daily care that ensures residents live with dignity and comfort.
- Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
- Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
- Promptly report any changes in resident condition to the nursing leadership.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas while following all infection control protocols.
