Requirements

  • Active California CNA certification required
  • All experience levels welcome – new graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Providing routine daily nursing care based on individualized care plans
  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and comfort
  • Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
  • Collaborating with nurses and therapy staff to support recovery and long-term care goals
