Requirements
- Active California CNA certification required
- All experience levels welcome – new graduates encouraged to apply
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Providing routine daily nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and comfort
- Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
- Collaborating with nurses and therapy staff to support recovery and long-term care goals
