Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
- Take and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
- Follow all care plans and safety standards
