About The Position
Provide direct care to residents in long-term care settings. Assist with daily living activities and personal care needs. Support residents with mobility and positional changes as needed. Accurately document care provided using PCC charting system. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both residents and staff.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in MN.
- Completed MN Net Study with letter stating "Needing More Time" if pending clearance.
- COVID vaccination or approved exemption required.
- Two TB PPDs within 90 days of start or TB Quant/TSPOT.
- Care placement subject to facility's shift scheduling policies.
