About The Position
This is a part-time position for night shifts. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant through the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). A current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is also mandatory. The position requires well-developed interpersonal skills for effective and professional communication with medical center staff, patients, families, visitors, and physicians in both routine and stressful situations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant through the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is required.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively/professionally with the medical center staff, patients, family, visitors, and physicians under routine and stressful situations are required.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of experience in an acute or skilled care facility is preferred.
