Requirements
- Current CNA certification
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents
- Willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines
Responsibilities
- Respond to call lights and assist residents with their daily needs.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals.
- Support residents with dignity and respect, monitoring their comfort, preferences, and dietary needs.
- Document intake/output as needed.
- Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
