About The Position

Maurina Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality in-home care and support to clients. The CNA assists with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, and routine needs while promoting clients’ comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. The role involves building respectful relationships with clients and their families, collaborating with the care team, and promptly reporting changes in a client’s condition or needs. The schedule offers day shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and night shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs.
Provide safe assistance with walking, transfers, repositioning, mobility, and prescribed exercises as appropriate.
Assist with meals and monitor food and fluid intake as directed.
Obtain and accurately record vital signs when required.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client.
Follow each client’s individualized care plan and provide services according to established guidelines.
Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or care needs to the appropriate healthcare professional or supervisor.
Complete accurate and timely care documentation.
Maintain client privacy and consistently demonstrate compassion.
