About The Position

Betz Nursing Home is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to help foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and reassurance, while honoring each resident’s dignity, respect, and need for individualized attention. The role requires physical stamina and collaboration with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care, along with a commitment to senior care excellence and the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Demonstrate physical stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Show supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide residents with companionship and reassurance.

• Work with nursing and other facility teams to support coordinated and comprehensive care.
