Certified Nursing Assistant
About The Position
This role involves performing direct and indirect nursing care activities, assisting with patient procedures, and supporting the admitting, transfer, and discharge processes. The position requires a strong understanding of normal growth and development, with the ability to respond to changing patient needs. The Certified Nursing Assistant will collaborate with the healthcare team, contribute to team spirit and unit morale, and potentially act as a preceptor for new staff. Requirements
- Current New York State certification
- Able to be certified/re-certified in CPR
- One year of patient care experience
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance
