Requirements
- Active Texas CNA Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License or Government ID
- Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with mobility and patient transfers
- Support nursing staff with patient care activities
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Observe and report patient condition changes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism
- Follow all facility policies and procedures
