About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for a Certified Nursing Assistant to care for our clients specifically in Advance NC, and Mocksville NC. As a BAYADA CNA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with activities of daily living, household support, meal preparation, range of motion/exercises, assisting with ambulation, and medication reminders. Requirements

Have at least one year of work experience.
Have successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
A passion for caregiving, providing private home care, and a desire to help others.
A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Provide medication reminders.
