Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Promptly observe and report changes in residents’ physical or behavioral condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately and thoroughly document care provided and observations made during the shift.
• Communicate with supervisors at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure continuity of care.
• Attend and actively participate in required in-service education and training sessions.
