About The Position
Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center, under new ownership by Eduro Healthcare LLC, is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the long-term care unit at its skilled nursing facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by Wyoming.
- BLS certification from the AHA.
- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant; the posting describes the candidate as experienced.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive CNA care for residents.
- Report patient observations to the nursing supervisor.
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Answer patients’ call lights and requests.
- Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
- Prepare patients for transfers or discharge.
- Comply with regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care.
- Observe patient diet restrictions prescribed by the physician.
- Assist in providing emergency care.
